After graduation, Cameron attended law school in Virginia Beach, VA at Regent University School of Law with a focus in estate planning and elder law. Cameron’s legal internships included working with a large law firm; clerking for The Honorable Judge Der-Yeghiayan, a United States Federal District Court Judge in Chicago, Illinois; and spending the summer of 2010 interning at the law offices of R. Clancy Parks, Attorney at Law. In 2011 Cameron began working as an attorney at R. Clancy Parks, Attorney at Law, which later became Parks & Jones, Attorneys at Law, now known as LifeGen Law Group. He is now the Managing Partner for LifeGen Law Group. Cameron’s areas of practice are estate planning, elder law planning, tax planning, business law, areas of real estate law and high-net worth planning.
When not practicing law, Cameron loves spending time with his wife, Kayla Jones, and his two daughters, Mickie and Camilla. He enjoys all things outdoors, travel and giving back to the community. He and his family attend James River Church.
When asked why he chose to practice in the area of estate planning he stated, “I love helping hardworking people protect what they have worked so hard for. People need help protecting themselves and their families, and we can provide them with the tools to do this. We are able to help our clients and their families navigate some of life’s most difficult moments and alleviate much of the stress during these times.
